My hosting provider cannot configurate the spamassasin.

I placed a question with examples of letters on
https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6521 and have
received advice to place the request here. My hosting provider cannot
configurate the spamassasin. As far as I understand, I from my part can
already correct nothing, and the provider should adjust the spamassassin.
Please inform what it is necessary to inform my provider for adjustment the
spamassassin.
I have with provider a long correspondence:

Spam assassin last time worked on November, 15th. I saw the information in a
subject of the letter ***SPAM*** and properties of the letter:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=9.5
X-Spam-Score: 95
X-Spam-Bar: +++++++++
X-Spam-Flag: YES

After November, 15th such information are not present:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=
X-Spam-Score:
X-Spam-Bar:
X-Spam-Flag: NO

I addressed in about this problen to live chat 5 times. I restarted the spam
assassin 5 times. It does not work. Filters do not receive the information
on a spam score and status. I continue to receive thousand letters. Letters
come on addresses rakishev@aronis.ru and aronis@aronis.ru

The spamassassin configuration is adjusted according to instructions. I have
checked up it already in the sixth time. Letters come without processing
using the spam spamassassin. There is no information on the spam score.

Hello,

If you want to stop spam to your account then only enabling spam assasin
will not work. You will also have to configure user level filtering from
your cpanel and add the rules over there like from which email address you
want to block. and or block the emails with specific subject line or body
contents. You will have to configure both to stop spams. PLease check it and
let us know if the problem persists.

Thank you.

Account level filters and spamm assassin are enabled. But it does not work
as the spam assassin does not inform about a spam score:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=
X-Spam-Score:
X-Spam-Bar:
X-Spam-Flag: NO
Till November, 15th he informed:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=9.5
X-Spam-Score: 95
X-Spam-Bar: +++++++++
X-Spam-Flag: YES

I have already discussed such simple acts and have made with a chat of 5
times, but it has not helped.

Hello,

We dont find you have configured user level filters from your cpanel for
account aronis.ru please configure it and let us know if the problem
persists. You will have to enter the characters from where you are receiving
emails and or can block from emails directly if you are receiving from
specific address.

Till November, 15th all worked well with use of filters at account level. I
have established filters at users level. Nothing changed. What can change if
spam assassin does not inform filters about spam score?

I have received 897 spam messages from the beginning of our current
dialogue. Any message does not contain the information on the spam score or
the status status. All filters and spam assassin are established and checked
up. Till November, 15th the spam assassin accurately informed about the spam
score and filters worked regularly. I do not know what you have made actions
for the problem decision.
Can you solve this problem? Please inform to whom I can complain of your
work.

Here themes of last letters:
Practical financial modelling
Plastic windows KBE
aronis@aronis.ru Pfizer-64 % now
Ready houses in a housing estate
In search of itself the present
the Best offer of a season!
Customs regulation the Blanket with heating! CALL And ORDER 8-915-431-33-87
SUPPORT of the TRANSACTION ON
APARTMENT PURCHASE
KIND HEAT With DELIVERY

Any message does not contain the information on the spam status or score.
Since November, 15th there is no message with the information on the spam
score. Let you start the spam assassin?

I have placed our correspondence and have asked the help from a forum of
spam assassin. I have applied two examples of letters. I have received the
answer:

"This is NOT a spamassassin bug, but a configuration problem. Both those
samples
are correctly scored as spam (the first with 37 points, the second with 14
points on my setup).

I suggest you ask for help on the spamassassin users' list (and/or a cpanel
list or forum)."

I think you should configurate spamassassin at your end. You can ask for
help on the spamassassin users' list at
http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/

Hello,

Ok, please let us know the email addresses from which you are getting spams
(if you are getting spams from any specific email addresses) and the subject
line they contains so that we can investigate it further.

Thank you.

So something changed that day. Whatever it was, that is almost certainly
the cause.

OK, so you are using cPanel. There is nothing we can help you with,
unless you got direct control over SpamAssassin and your mail processing
chain. No debugging without that.

Asking the cPanel support would be a better guess.

The following was not part of your original, invalid bug report against
SA, and seems to be yet another mail to your hosting support.

No! For $diety's sake, no!

This is EXACTLY what you've been told in the bug report. That link is
NOT the place for support questions. It is a bug tracker. Do NOT ask for
help there.
