Multi-Disk Templates

Hi all

i`m playing around with Multi-Disk Templates and having some issues. I have
a template which has 3 disks in total if I use the command:

deployVirtualMachine name='INOV3-1-PRV-12' displayname='legacy-PRV-12-0'
templateid='1234567' networkids='1234567' zoneid='1234567'
serviceofferingid='1234567' diskofferingid='1234567'
diskofferingid='1234567' domainid=1234567 account=1234567

It deploys but with the root disk and only one datadisk. I`m using
Cloudstack 4.11, is there a limit to the datadisks deployed?

Thanks

Thanks Andrija

I had a feeling that would be the case, thanks for confirming

Hi Craig,

multi-disk templates are not well supported in older versions of CloudStack
for VMware (and not supported at all for other hypervisors).
ACS 4.15 brings good support for it (4.14 as well, to some degree, but not
completely) - i.e. in 4.15 you can deploy a nested Center with 13 disks (if
not mistaken) - also you can have different combination of ISO-s and
CD-roms etc (supported in ACS 4.15)

Hope that answers your question, though it definitively doesn't help your
situation here.
