No make uninstall?
Howdy all!
I have Subversion 1.4.5 installed from source (make
install) on my Mac running OSX 10.4.10. When I try to
uninstall it, I get the following:
$ make uninstall
make: *** No rule to make target `uninstall'. Stop.
$ make deinstall
make: *** No rule to make target `deinstall'. Stop.
How do I uninstall?

Since you're on a Mac, I would suggest using MacPorts or Fink to manage your
Subversion install, then it'll do the uninstall for you, plus, it's much easier
to get all the requirements for svn installed.

We don't have an uninstall rule (I'm not sure why not).
However, if you find libsvn_* on your system and remove those, and
remove the binaries beginning named "svn*", you'll probably get rid of
most of it. I think. Be careful, needless to say!
