Removing getInfo() methods - JMX needs update as well

Mark,

note, that searching for "info" in *.xml files gives 14 hits in 4
mbeans-descriptor.xml files.

Those have to be removed.

mbeans-descriptors.xml -
tomcat-8.0.x/java/org/apache/catalina/ha/session (3 matches)
mbeans-descriptors.xml - tomcat-8.0.x/java/org/apache/catalina/ha/tcp
(2 matches)
mbeans-descriptors.xml - tomcat-8.0.x/java/org/apache/catalina/tribes/membership
mbeans-descriptors.xml - tomcat-8.0.x/java/org/apache/catalina/valves
(8 matches)

    <attribute
      name="info"
      description="describe version"
      type="java.lang.String"
      writeable="false"/>


That is the only user-visible usage of those getInfo() methods that I
know about.

Thanks. I'll do that shortly.

I am currently trying to remove all trailing whitespace and having
issues with the size of the commit. I'll probably have to break it down
into smaller chunks.

I'll fix the info issues once I have the whitespace cleaned up.
