Apache.NMS.MSMQ

Is the binary for the 1.1.0 version of Apache.NMS.MSMQ compatible with the
1.7.0 Apache.NMS binary?  I wasn't sure if there were any breaking changes.

That release will only work against the Apache.NMS.dll v1.1.0 as future
releases have API changes.
