[I] API - Clearing specific Ti map index [airflow]
pierrejeambrun opened a new issue, #56289:

### Body
Update the API endpoint for clearing a TI to take into account the `map_indexes`. Currently all indexes will be cleared even if the map_index was specified in the payload.
Instead we should take into account the passed map_index so that we can only clear them.
