I no longer believe that Cynergy Data's trademarks on "LUCY" and "LUCY
GATEWAY" pose a potential conflict. They are not classified as software, but

On July 26, I performed a search for "lucy" at the EU Office for Harmonization
of the Internal Market (OHIM), using the Community Trademark Online database
(CTM-ONLINE).

There were 51 hits, of which 7 were for "LUCY" and the rest were variants such

On July 26, I performed a USPTO search for "lucy" using the Trademark
Electronic Search System (TESS) "new user interface". There were 373 matches,
38 of which for "LUCY", and the rest of which were for phrases such as "JUICY
LUCY" or variants such as "LUCI" or "LUCY'S". I went through all of the hits
for the exact match "LUCY" individually. I also spot checked a few others.
