Apache::ASP ($Response->ErrorDocument()API Extension)
The example, both from the http://www.nodeworks.com/asp/eg/index.html and
the latest locally installed Apache-ASP-0.18.tar.gz of the
$Response->ErrorDocument()API Extension does not return the custom error
document, but rather the default '404' page.

Maybe if you are using IE you won't be able to see it, but
check out http://www.nodeworks.com/asp/eg/error_document.htm
with Netscape and it reads
==
This is a custom response for the 404 error, that this script just created, utilizing
the $Response->ErrorDocument($error_code, $uri) method.
view this file's source
==
which is a custom error response.
