While Yarn runtime provides *JobSubmissionDirectoryPrefix* (default: /vol1/tmp) to put all job-related files under it, Mesos runtime does not. As a result, `runmesostests.sh` makes many application folders in '/'. 

To prevent the mess-up, this issue add *JobSubmissionDirectoryPrefix* to Mesos.
