Apache Flex and smart TV apps

Hi all guys, 
I'm trying to understand something more about apache flex (and sarling) and smart tv integration. Inicially it seemed to be an exclusive functionality for samsung smart tv but, althought I read on the apache flex site that all is possible by using the broadcom platform, i cannot find anything significant in the net, technical or commercial documetarion that can give me answers explaining the terms we can spend to our customers about possible smartTv apps: can we say to our customers that their app would run on every smart tv with flash 10,11 compatibility? Or just samsung smart tv included the neweet versions? Or what? 

Is there an official documentation that explain it?
