XSL transformation result conains no markup at all

Hi all,

I am having problems when using Xalan-J to perform a XSLT transformation on
any docs which contain a doctype declaration referring to one particular DTD
(oebdoc1.dtd). Although the same stylesheet and transformation work wonders
for other input documents, the problem documents produce a transformed
document containing no markup.

I hope it is appropriate that I have attached a zip file containing examples
of:
a) a problem source file
b) the dtd and ent file
c) correct (expected) output
d) incorrect (actual) output
e) the style sheet I am using

Any input/suggestions would be much appreciated.
