I can't connect to SVN anymore after failing a couple of password attempts ( conveniently, I blame git-svn and the desktop wallet integration )

$ git svn rebase
Connection refused: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/sling/trunk': Error running context: Connection refused at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.20.1/Git/SVN.pm line 718.

I can access the repository over https from another IP just fine though.
