Unnecessary ftl file?
framework/webtools/webapp/webtools/includes/header.ftl
seems to be an older version of
framework/common/webcommon/includes/header.ftl.
Is it being used? Can we delete it?

Adrian,
unfortunately is still used by a few old regions pages that still need
to be migrated.

Btw,
I'm working on the css file consolidation right now. As soon as I'm done testing
it, I'll submit a patch to Jira. That patch will affect the
framework/webtools/webapp/webtools/includes/header.ftl file.

no, I don't think.
But if you want to help with this do not exitate to create a new one :-)
The idea is to migrate the last few region based pages (in the webtools)
to the screen widgets.
Marco Risaliti recently did a few of them.
