[users@httpd] ulimit settings to protect httpd
Hi, I have a server running customers cgi scripts which often go a bit mad
and spawn a lot of children, which in turn stress the server.
i've been looking at ulimit settings but i'm unsure as to what
to set and to what value. The scripts don't often eat a lot of
cpu or memory, just bring the httpd to a grinding halt
Can anyone help out ?
Kind Regards
Richard
