At some point the "Runs" and "Tasks" labels on grid view were pushed off-screen because they were placed with magical absolutely positioning. But it took a while for anyone to notice and when demoing to various people, noone felt the need for them. Only sometimes did they appear for a pixel or two on the far side.
Instead, let's rip them out and improve the visual difference between runs and tasks by expanding the border between them and increasing the minimum height of a run.

The PR is likely OK to be merged with just subset of tests for default Python and Database versions without running the full matrix of tests, because it does not modify the core of Airflow. If the committers decide that the full tests matrix is needed, they will add the label 'full tests needed'. Then you should rebase to the latest main or amend the last commit of the PR, and push it with --force-with-lease.
