   There has been discussion going on that we should add a new functionality in `wskdeploy` such that it produces a status report of all OW entities from a given manifest file i.e. (1) report which all entities from a given manifest file are deployed on OW server (2) track deployment of any OW entity from a manifest file. 
   
   This functionality cannot be added on just client side, there has to be a means of some status tracking on server side.
   
   (will add more details as I discover)
   
   @lionelvillard please add your thoughts/comments here, I am using this issue to track report functionality in `wskdeploy`)
