   Yes, Xcode 8.3 is required for the iOS 10 SDK as some properties/class used by this PR don't exist in the iOS 9 SDK, e.g. [WKWebViewConfiguration.mediaTypesRequiringUserActionForPlayback](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/webkit/wkwebviewconfiguration/1851524-mediatypesrequiringuseractionfor?language=objc)
