[jira] [Created] (NIFI-5878) Error converting JDBC data to Avro

Mårten Lindblad created NIFI-5878:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Error converting JDBC data to Avro
                 Key: NIFI-5878
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-5878
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Tools and Build
    Affects Versions: 1.7.1
Environment: Gentoo Linux, Java 8, running on development laptop. TiDB version 2.0.7.
            Reporter: Mårten Lindblad
         Attachments: Parameter.xml, nifi_error.txt, parameter.txt

I connect to our TiDB-servers via the MySQL jdbc driver. For most tables it works fine.

However, one of our tables doesn't play well with NiFi.

It appears the Avro converter misbehaves when I have no column filter. If I just specify a few columns it works, but not all.

The attached files include the processor, the error, and my table defintition.
