Fwd: Notice about your recent message to issue

why is my reply to [Issue 3377] rejected with NO reason?
The guys have a problem and I know the reason plus a workaround - seems Tigris.org is not interested in solutions?

I think a moderator might have typed that. It is actually possible
now to just setup these lists so that no one but the issue tracker can
post. Try sending an email to issues@subclipse.tigris.org and see
what you get back in that case and see if it is any better.

The message in that bounce email could be a bit clearer though, do we
(the svn project) control that?

The only "thing" that can post to the issues@ list is the issue
tracker itself. It sends updates to the list so people can subscribe
and see changes. If you want to comment on an issue just do it in the
issue itself or as the bounce back says, you can post to the users@
mailing list.

This has nothing to do with not being interested in your solution. We
just want you to post in the right place and not to a black hole.

Finally, Tigris.org is not a company, it is a hosting provider for
open-source software engineering projects. Anyone can start a new
project on tigris.org and every project is managed by the community
that creates it, not tigris.org.
