TSHttpTxnRedirectUrlSet does not post data

I am trying to use escalate to multiplex a request and it looks
like TSHttpTxnRedirectUrlSet does not send the data from a POST request.

It works fine with GET method. With POST it works OK with the for the first
origin but the second origin never receives the posted payload.

Is this a bug or a non supported feature?
