When loading dashboards page (for instance), error messages are displayed.
Browser console shows **security errors**
### Expected results
no errors displayed

1. Go to 'Dashboards'
2. Wait fr error toast
3. Display web console of the browser
### Environment
(please complete the following information):
- superset version: `Superset 1.1.0-rc2` and `Superset 1.0.1`
- python version: `Python 3.7.9`
- node.js version: (absent from docker image ?)

### Additional context
I did upgrade from version 0.38.0
I did run superset db upgrade , with no error or warnings.
Maybe I just need to create a missing table but that should be done in above step, right ?
