[This build|https://dev.azure.com/mapohl/flink/_build/results?buildId=382&view=logs&j=9dc1b5dc-bcfa-5f83-eaa7-0cb181ddc267&t=599dab09-ab33-58b6-4804-349ab7dc2f73] failed just because an {{upload logs}} step failed. It looks like this is an AzureCI problem. Is this a known issue?

The artifacts seems to be uploaded based on the logs. But [the download link|https://dev.azure.com/mapohl/flink/_build/results?buildId=382&view=logs&j=9dc1b5dc-bcfa-5f83-eaa7-0cb181ddc267] does not show up.
