C++ broken trunk: apologies & fix coming soon.

I've just realised that I was doing my pre-commit tests on a machine
with qpid installed (and I installed it there Doh!) So a serious flaw in
my last code-generation "fix" was masked - generated code is not being
included in the distribution.

Apologies to all who lost time over this, I'll have a fix shortly.
