SQOOP-1287 introduces the Oracle High Performance Connector as part of Sqoop.   Right now, two flags are used to enable this feature.   Sqoop command line option --direct and a connector specific config option.  As this connector is getting integrated with Sqoop,  we should make it only depend on --direct option alone to enable/disable the feature.
