[~subru] NodeStatusHealthChecker already has the capability to change the script to the user's purpose, but DiskChecker is current not pluggable.  While NodeStatusHealthChecker/LocalDirsHandlerService uses DiskChecker, there are other classes that call DiskChecker and could use the ability to plug in an alternate check.  Or do you still see it as the same thing?
