    Fixed sql test modules
    
    Since CAMEL-24292 (apache/camel 6daeefed72) the CamelSqlQuery header is
    ignored unless the endpoint opts in with allowQueryFromHeader=true, so
    the transacted route of the sql integration test enables it.
