Three different values for zkClientTimeout in Solr.
* In bin/solr script zkClientTimeout value is set to 15 seconds.
* In org.apache.solr.common.cloud.SolrZkClient file default zkClientTimeout is set to 30 seconds.
* In org.apache.solr.core.CloudConfig file default zkClientTimeout is set to 45 seconds.
Default ZK client timeout value should be consistent. 15 seconds would be sufficient?
