Maintenance release of SCR 2.0.x

Hey everyone,

There are two fixes, FELIX-5974 and FELIX-5947 that we need for
maintenance. These are already in the latest 2.1.x line but that is R7 and
I cannot upgrade to that in this scenario.

Would anyone be opposed to my releasing a maintenance 2.0.16 (2.0.14 is the
newest 2.0.x)?
