[jira] Commented: (TAP5-1273) Home page instead of 403

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-1273?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12910804#action_12910804 ]

Josh Canfield commented on TAP5-1273:
-------------------------------------

This is not a bug. You have an index page, the extra "non-existent URL" parameters are passed to the Index page as context. In your index page you can test the parameters passed and if you don't like them do something.

This should have gone to the user list before being created as a defect.

> When a random, non-existent URL is entered, the home page is shown (without any redirects). The expected result should be a 403, however.
