[jira] [Reopened] (GUACAMOLE-474) Allow file upload and download to
be enabled separately

Mike Jumper reopened GUACAMOLE-474:
-----------------------------------
Assignee: Mike Jumper (was: Nick Couchman)
Currently regression testing and am seeing the following issues:
* While the {{Download}} folder will not be created if downloads are disabled within RDP, download attempts will still succeed if the file is already within the drive and it is dragged to a folder in the root named {{Download}}. This is because there are two possible filesystem operations that cause an automatic download to the user, and only one of those operations is currently dependent on the download setting.
* Downloads for RDP that are initiated from the Guacamole menu are not affected by the setting. This is because the {{get}} handler for RDPDR does not pay attention to this setting when deciding whether to initiate a download.
Still testing upload, the other protocols, and SFTP, but at least the above will need to be addressed.

> It would be helpful if file downloads could be disabled while still allowing file uploads. In a classroom setting, it would be beneficial to allow students to upload files to a remote VM, but disable download of files like binary license files.
