[ANNOUNCEMENT] Fulcrum HSQLDB 1.0.0 released

The Fulcrum HSQLDB team is pleased to announce the fulcrum-hsqldb-1.0.0 
release!

The Fulcrum HSQLDB Service starts a HSQLDB server instance with a single 
database.

Changes in this version include:

o Maven release
o Removing the access to the Avalon context since it was never used.
o Using HSQLDB 1.8.0.1 which also fixes the GUMP spam about broken builds.
