(was: I've looked at our JIRA instance, trying to import the format you have exported it as, but it appears that what you have is a full export of the JIRA instance, which is not something we can import without dropping everything else (which would be bad). Would it be possible for you to export the SPARK issues as CSV? We don't seem to have any 'import from xml' feature on our JIRA instance, and I can't find any such in the Atlassian market space.)
