run_tests.sh has a REBUILD=t env var for forcing clean rebuilds. We should add --clean-build / -c flag to ducker-ak test that runs ./gradlew clean before the incremental build, and forces native tarball rebuild in prepare_native_dir.

Also we should deprecate REBUILD=t with a warning pointing to the new flag, remove in 5.0 version.
