[jira] Updated: (QPID-203) Implement delete() on TempraryQueue

Rob Godfrey updated QPID-203:
-----------------------------

    Attachment: QPID-203.patch

Added a map from destination to count of consumers in the session as you are not allowed to call delete while there are any active (non-closed) consumers.
TempraryQueue.delete() checks if there are consumers, and if not, checks if the queue is bound - if it is it deletes it.

Unit test added
