[jira] [Created] (FELIX-5194) [DS] Pay attention if configuration
change count doesn't change
David Jencks created FELIX-5194:
-----------------------------------
Summary: [DS] Pay attention if configuration change count doesn't change
Key: FELIX-5194
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-5194
Project: Felix
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Declarative Services (SCR)
Affects Versions: scr-2.0.2
Reporter: David Jencks
Assignee: David Jencks
Fix For: scr-2.0.4
Apparently with the R6 work I left out the check that we only pay attention to an alleged configuration change if the change count actually increases. I'm not sure how to write a test for this without writing a whole mock CA, so I'm fixing the evident problem without a test.
I'm taking this opportunity to insist on CA 1.5 or later, so changeCount() is always available, as discussed on the dev list.
