[ANN] Apache Tomcat 9.0.123 available

The Apache Tomcat team announces the immediate availability of Apache
Tomcat 9.0.123.

Apache Tomcat 9 is an open source software implementation of the Java
Servlet, JavaServer Pages, Java Unified Expression Language, Java
WebSocket and JASPIC technologies.

Apache Tomcat 9.0.123 is a bugfix and feature release. The notable
changes compared to 9.0.122 include:

- Fix possible corruption when using HTTP/2 and async IO on uploads.
   Submitted by Tim Burke.

- When StoreConfig re-writes an existing server.xml or context configuration
   file, preserve the layout of the existing file.

- Fix TLS handshake issues with MLDSA caused by large signatures. Patch
   submitted by Lukas Hellebrandt.

Along with lots of other bug fixes and improvements.
