TitleIndex tree view

Hi,
I'm wondering how I can get my wiki page structure to show up as tree view,
similar to how it's displayed at
https://issues.apache.org/bloodhound/wiki/TitleIndex

When I try to create, say a new page at [..]/wiki/Node1/Node2/Page , it
simply displays as a link "Node1/Node2/Page", instead of:

- Node 1
  - Node 2
    - Page

Is there a step I'm missing?

Thanks!

Yes, it does work, thank you.

It seems there is some room for improvement in the behavior, but if you
create all of the following pages:

Node1

Node1/Node2

Node1/Node2/Page

Node1/Node2/PageTwo

You'll get:

* Node1

        * Node1

        * Node1/Node2

        * Node1/Node2/Page

        * Node1/Node2/PageTwo

You'll get:

If I understood the question correctly you should include
[[TitleIndex]] macro in the wiki page .
