Ah this is annoying Lewis. Very sorry you ran into this. We need to move this line to the VM (init script)[https://github.com/apache/climate/blob/master/ocw-vm/init-ocw-vm.sh] and change the values in the easy-ocw script to default to the current user's home directory. We need to use the current home directory in the following line as well

export PATH="/home/vagrant/anaconda/bin:$PATH"

That should make it work I think. Very sorry those hard coded paths got left in there like that =/
