spamd proccesses
Hello all I have a quick question.
I have recently upgraded to spamassassin v3.1.0 from 3.0.6 and prior to
the upgrade I had maybe 5 spamd proccesses running and now there is only
3, 2 running under the user "filter" and one runnign under the user
"root" , also it takes about 30 minutes to get an e-mail through
spamassassin. Anybody know how to up the spamd proccesses I know the
server can handle it. I am running redhat, spamc/spamd with postfix.
Thanks in advance
Robert
Peace he would say instead of goodbye....peace my brother.

sounds like the same problem I and a lot of other users have had. Its
the apache forking mechanism which may be the issue here.
Try applying the --round-robin CL switch to the way you start the daemon..
