   init = mx.initializer.Mixed(['bias', '.*'], [mx.init.Zero(), mx.init.Xavier(magnitude=2.24)])
   net.collect_params().initialize(init, ctx=ctx)
   ```
   It seems that Mixed type is different from those normal ones. The code above will return error
   'initializer must be of string type'
