1. Create a directory with name containing '#' like test#folder
2. Add a file under this folder
3. Use NameNode UI to browse the folder

It gives the following error in web UI
"Failed to retrieve data from /webhdfs/v1/test#folder?op=LISTSTATUS: Bad Request"
