   Follow-up audit note:
   
   I updated this merged PR body to clarify the evidence boundary. The change disables per-connection redirect following for proxy reload requests, but I did not perform a live proxy/external-redirect/internal-target SSRF reproduction.
   
   Follow-up PR #2030 adds direct regression coverage for the proxy no-redirect request factory.
