how to do with mod_rewrite ?

Hi, thanks in advance,
i'm searching throught mod_rewrite documentation but i still not found 
how i do  the nex :

i  have one web server and i'd like to redirect all calls 
URL=*.50.alfa.com ---> to *.50.alfa.com:2001/?message=critp

I have already installed apache with mod_rewrite.
How i should do it ?
