ws commons poms organization name...

Just a quick note, while reviewing some of the legal stuff for CXF, I 
noticed that most of the poms for the ws stuff has:

	<organization>
		<name>Apache Software Foundation</name>
		<url>http://www.apache.org/</url>
	</organization>

which is wrong.   The name should be "The Apache Software Foundation".  
According to the lawyers, the word "The" is important in there.
