We should make following configuration changes:
# After splitting {{IgniteCdcTestSuite}} onto two separate TC builds for corresponding CDC suite classes. 
# {{failIfNoTests}} should be set to 'true' *_for all modules_* in order to prevent situations when module was not tested.
# To control abandoned tests profile {{check-test-suites}} from Ignite must be used.
# Append checkstyle profile to each extension module build.

Also, items 3,4 can be done via GitHub Actions which allows to check each PR.
