PageFlow tutorial / build.xml

Hi, I'm just starting on this beehive stuff and have played with
pollinate.

 

I'm following the Page Tutorial setup and it appears that the
netui_blank template

should contain a build.xml and a build.properties as per the
documentation, but they

are not there.  Any ideas why ?
