   Yes, it's better to at someone. 
   For the 500 error, we're working on fixing it.
   
   > $ pulsar-admin --admin-url https://dev.pulsar.xyz.com:8081 --auth-plugin "org.apache.pulsar.client.impl.auth.AuthenticationToken" --auth-params "token:<token>" topics list public/default
   
   In the current implementation, only `admin` and `super-user` have permission to list topics under a namespace. and no API to grant/revoke these permissions(GET_BUNDLE...). So please use `admin` and `super-user` token to do the above request.
