         Environment: Confirmed in 4.1.0 production environment and 4.2.0 testing enviornment

1.	Created Project
2.	Created VPC under the Project
3.	Created Tier under VPC
4.	Clicked on Site-to-Site VPN
5.	Selected yes to create the s2s gateway

Expected Result:
Gateway created and visible

Actual result
Gateway is created, but not visible
If you attempt create the gateway again it will error saying it already exists

Checking in the Database shows the gateway is created.
