[jira] [Created] (IVYDE-294) IvyDE does not use 'ivy.dir' - ivy.xml
is always searched in workspace/ dir
IvyDE does not use 'ivy.dir' - ivy.xml is always searched in workspace/<project> dir
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: IVYDE-294
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVYDE-294
Project: IvyDE
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 2.1.0
Environment: eclipse 3.7.1 (wtp)
Reporter: John
In ivy.properties I set "ivy.dir=somedir". "somedir" resides in project dir ("workspace/project/somedir").
IvyDE seems not to use this "ivy.dir" entry, because it complains not to find "workspace/project/ivy.xml" even ivy.dir is set properly.
Moving ivy.xml to workspace/project and everything works fine.

Nicolas Lalevée commented on IVYDE-294:
---------------------------------------
You should be able to do it. See the main tab in the classpath container configuration. Instead of having ivy.xml, put somedir/ivy.xml
