anaphora resolution tool

Hi all,

are there any tools availiable facing the problem of anaphora resolution
(mainly for named entities in biomedical literature)?

If you knew any UIMA components for this task, this would be very helpful.

Hunter et al mentioned an own implementation  of the Hobbs algorithm in
their publication: "OpenDMAP: An open source, ontology-driven concept
analysis engine, ...", but I couldn't find whether it is possible to use
the anaphora resolution tool separately.
